Freedom with responsibilities

The freedom of religion is people's right. Especially in the US, according to the first amendment it is one of the most important rights. Therefore we should respect others' religion, in addition governments don't have to interrupt or handle people's religious beliefs. I mean I totally agree with the separation between religions and states. However we are in communities, not living alone. In my opinion, if you want others to respect your behavior, you should respect others first. I mean even though the freedom of religion is important, people should follow public rules first. Of course I think governments should not judge peolple's religions, but people should try to keep harmony. For instance, if someone made lots of noise at night to practice their religions like some special religious ceremony, neighbors or police officers should make it stop because it might be annoying others. Well, people should have the right of religious freedom, but before do this they should be responsible.
