Personally, I think that it depends on what the blogger post. If the person likes to keep a diary of he or she had been doing is not narcisisticn but if the person always talk about themselves and how perfect they are is obvious that the person is vain and narcisist.
I have a lot of friend who has a personal blog and they are very good people but they like to write what is happening to them everyday even if it's bad or goodm
